As Service Delivery Coordinator, Ken will serve as liaison between NEF’s customers and vendor partners during project implementations.  His focus will be on overseeing network, data center and cloud installations, providing real time updates from the providers to our customers on construction and delivery timeframes.  Ken will serve a pivotal role in NEF’s customer onboarding process and in gathering client feedback.

Ken graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University, with a double major in Criminal Justice and Russian.  Ken also holds a minor in Italian Studies and spent time studying in Milan and working for the American Consulate General.  In his role for the Consulate in Milan, he served as liaison between the local Italian management and American staff, providing proofreading and translation assistance.  Ken will be utilizing his communication background, project fulfillment experience and keen attention to detail to execute his new position as Service Delivery Coordinator.
