The single greatest contributor to NEF’s growth and success has been our people. What has been interesting is that our team is comprised of a healthy mix of telecom veterans, skilled specialists and relative newcomers. Whether their resume is chock-full of industry experience or filled with knowledge and skill gained from a parallel track, our people have a passion for client service and building long-term relationships.
No stranger to exemplary customer service is our newest team member, Ola Dada. Ola’s background lies in providing niche solutions that meet unresolved client requirements. He chose NEF for the solution-selling opportunity and the unique challenges he can address for each client. Ola’s main area of focus will be FiberLocator, which continues to evolve its product and data, and he will be working to introduce clients to that platform and related consulting services.
Outside of his professional life, Ola comes to us locally by way of Togo. He’s fluent in French, and also spent time studying Spanish and Mandarin. Ola’s international background will be an asset to the team as NEF grows and expands its global customer base.
Studying International Business and International Affairs at Northeastern University, Ola likes to watch stand-up comedy in his free time. He loves to throw his hat into the ring when he has the opportunity, as he loves the interesting relationship between sales and stand-up:
“I think there’s a bit of a correlation between sales and stand-up: knowing your audience and winning your audience back in the middle of a conversation,” Ola said.
In the future, Ola would love to follow in the footsteps of his father and uncle to work internationally as he continues to learn more about telecom and how important it is across the globe.
